Rounding up 2010

By James. December 31st, 2010. Posted in Consultive news No Comments »

As the year draws to a close we thought we’d use the final post of the year to reflect on what we’ve managed to achieve in 2010.

Consultive Magazine is now five whole months old, having been launched on 01 August.

In five months we’ve stuck to our target of publishing a consulting related article at least once a week, and have over twenty five articles now published. We’ve built an enthusiastic network of authors who have helped shape the site and shared some amazing insights into the consultants world.

We have also built an audience that is growing month on month with visitors coming from all over North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Our aim has always been to appeal to a highly targeted audience of people interested in consulting; either existing consultants looking to get ahead in their careers or people looking to break into the industry, and we’re thrilled that we are reaching so many of these people and that we are able to reach more and more of them every month.

We’re also thrilled that so many of you are engaging with the site. Thanks to each of you who have taken the time to comment on, reply to and retweet our articles.

Looking forward to 2011

2011 is going to be a very busy year for us. We have new authors lined up for you, along with lots of brilliant articles from our existing writers.

We are planning some exciting partnerships with industry bodies and universities to help students and graduates understand the management consulting landscape and job markets. We also have some top secret plans that we’d love to share with you but need to keep secret until they are a little more finalised.

All in all, 2011 is looking like it will be a fantastic year for us, and we hope for you too. We’d like to wish you all the best for the year ahead and look forward to sharing more insights into the world of consulting with you all.
